EPMM*

For years, CAQH provided a service to credentialing specialists who are responsible for a process known as Delegated Credentialing**. Support staff would manually review enormous .csv files full of (often) thousands of records.

I worked closely with users, engineering, CX, and product to design a portal automating that process.

*“Enhanced Practice Manager Module” (not my naming choice 😬)

**Delegated Credentialing is when a healthcare organization grants another organization the authority to review and approve providers' credentials on their behalf (thanks chatGPT ☺️)

Side Benefits

Leveraging our relationships & strengthening connections

CAQH is a non-profit formed by national payers motivated to reduce administrative burden wherever possible.

I managed a work group of representatives that met in-person quarterly. There were two main goals:

1. Boost our knowledge of the problems and opportunities for EPMM and other products

2. Nurture our relationships with payers and provide an opportunity for representatives to build connections with us and one another
